About our founder

Melanie, from the sunny island of Curaçao, discovered her love for cooking in her mother’s catering kitchen. Though she studied business economics, her heart was always in food. Living in different countries due to her husband’s job, she explored new flavors and recipes, perfecting her bold, Caribbean-inspired dishes. Her Sunday dinner menus in Norway were a hit, with guests raving about her unique flavors. Driven by her passion and glowing reviews, Melanie started her own business to share her love for cooking and bring joy through food.
